Frikandellen

Ingredients:

300 gr chicken thighs

200 gr porkbelly

2 tsp salt

2 tbsp onionpowder

1 tbsp white pepper

1/2 tbsp nutmeg

1 tbsp garlicpowder

1/2 tbsp corianderpowder

40 gr bread-crumbs

2 liter water

Instructions:

Put all the meat in the freezer for 30 minutes.

Mix al the herbs and salt.

Take the meat out of the freezer and put it into the kitchen machine.

Add the breadcrumbs and herbsmix.

Let it cut and mix untill the right consistency.

Put down some kitchenfoil.

Put the meatmix in a piping bag and make sausages of about 20cm.

Roll up the foil and close the ends.

Put the water in a pan and bring to boil.

Put the frikandellen in the water and let them cook for 15 minutes. (70 degrees celcius)

Deepfry the frikandellen on 175 degrees celcius for 2 or 3 minutes.

Or freeze them for later use.

Total : 50 minutes

Prep : 5 minutes

Cook : 15 minutes

Resting time : 30 minutes
